Bricktober 2019 | TRU Glorietta Mall

10.03.2019 – LEGO® in the Philippines has started to make Bricktober a tradition with Toys R’ Us in Southeast Asia. Being part of this celebration each year Toys R’ Us locations in the Philippines will have an exclusive set that is either a premium incentive for every purchase or a free build for kids. This depends on the store mechanics and distributor namely Ban Kee Bricks. But for 2019 it is an incentive for every ₱ 2,499.75 pesos ($48.46 USD | $71.59 AUD) you take home one of the four seasonal sets from spring, summer, autumn, and winter.

All four set are in Micro scale with interesting color palette of brick and elements. It is interesting how LEGO® put together this build more with AFOLs in mind who are into architecture similar to the Architect range of sets based on the real world structures from all over the world.

Below are just the four sets that you can collect as mentioned:

● Spring
● Summer
● Autumn
● Winter









The actual sets are now on display at all Toys R’ Us stores in Metro Manila and this display just outside TRU in Glorietta clearly shows that they are micro builds that can be an interesting use to other set creations.

Each set has a corresponding release date of that particular week within the month of October 2019 as indicated in the display for those who want to complete the set. But of course there’s a proof of purchase in acquiring them as you’re allowed to take home one seasonal set.
