10.09.2019 – LEGO® is a global brand with their construction toys are inspiring young minds imagination. It is a popular toy that became the number one brand in the world producing high-quality and environmentally safe products.

In the Philippines, the brand has been around in the late 1970s and has been distributed by three companies with Ban Kee Trading aka Ban Kee Bricks, a part of the company as its current representatives in bringing the LEGO® brand to the country as it continues bring the latest sets to a store near you.

Toy Kingdom is an original Filipino toy store introduced in the late 1990s and has been bringing premium range of diverse toy brands from all over the world. The partnership with LEGO® has been better ever before with in-store activity and promotion to bring interest to the product that has been around for more than sixty years.

In the past years LEGO® has been a consistent fixture of the toy store and now has dedicated the biggest space for the flagship store for their “LEGO® Shop in Shops” set up with four other Toy Kingdom stores in Metro Manila

With the new set up display and dedicated LEGO® brands is not only the highlight of this section, but also builds up interest in the products and themes that is only for the AFOL (Adult Fan Of LEGO®), but also to the KFOL (Kid Fan Of LEGO®) who would be into minifigures and may have interest in building their MOCS (My Only Creation). With that the new look of Toy Kingdom’s LEGO® section was officially unveiled that includes the details of those changes.

● Categorized Display
● Build & Play Activity Area
● Interactive Creations & Diorama
● Special Promos
● FREE Incentives

There will be upcoming scheduled events, but for now here are some of the interesting look of the new LEGO® section at Toy Kingdom, which is uniformed to follow the brand’s colors similar to other stores outside the Philippines like how Toy World Australia in downtown Adelaide had their set-up upgrade last year.

Categorized Display

When you enter and take a walk at the right side of the store you’ll immediately see almost one-third part of the store’s wall facing space is dedicated to LEGO® along with the other toy brands that Ban Kee distributes follows that part of continuity. But with more of that in another story as LEGO® is the main showcase for this store.

You can find dedicated shelves from LEGO® Duplo, LEGO® Creator, LEGO® City, and through the original wall facing section ending with LEGO® Friends. There are separate shelves for other theme sets like LEGO® Technic. In keeping with the uniformity tailor-made to the store’s aesthetic, where the area is like inside a LEGO® Certified Store, but with more brighter yellow hues from the lighting.

Build & Play Activity Area

In keeping with the LEGO® brand store aesthetics there are three activity areas for Build & Play similar to the ones seen in the Mall of Asia branch of Toy Kingdom, where they held a scheduled activity for the “Play, Learn, and, Build” it is where the kids given challenge to put together a theme.

But what is better also is that they are also a back-to-back wall where it acts as a LEGO® version of a white board only difference is instead you draw using markers you use LEGO® bricks to create those ideas that kids will put together in the challenges they get assigned to build.

In some stores they don’t highlight this part of the area, but here at the Toy Kingdom flagship store there’s that beside the build area section. This will be one of the templates for the other stores that will have this similar set up.

Interactive Creations & Diorama

Beside the activity are where kids build and play there’s also some life size creations and sculptures that adorns the LEGO® like the two characters from LEGO® Friends or that front end of the LEGO® City Fire Rescue Truck that kids can have the photo opportunity to image that they are driving it.

There’s also separate diorama for LEGO® City and LEGO® Friends that you’ll find in this part of the display area featuring the current sets from 2019 that most stores may or may not have. It gives added feature to see what the actual sets look like when they are built that you may find how the brand is high quality when it comes to putting it together and why it is worth investing a set for your kids.

Special Promos

But also give special promos on some early released sets in the Philippines with special price point as highlight for this month that not only in this store, but to the other shops that carry the brand with those specific LEGO® sets.

There are also older sets now at 50% Off that you can find in this store with a dedicated shelf, which is also an early Christmas suggestion for your kids or to any friend and family member that are AFOL or KFOL out there that has not have got into building LEGO® recently.
