| 02.24.2018 – LEGO® Certified Stores has started appearing in countries, but in Australia it is a slow process despite having a Satellite Store in Melbourne, where your sets come from after purchasing them through LEGO.com and AFOLs are still hoping there will be a LEGO® Store somewhere in Australia someday. For now in South Australia in the heart of Adelaide Toy World Australia have a little of that.

This streamlines the retail space closely how LEGO® products are set up inside an actual LEGO® Store, but this one is inside a major toy store in Adelaide. Toy World Australia is what is considered to be like the Toy Kingdom in the Philippines. The only difference is how it is set-up not as part of a branch for the major toy store, but as an independent franchise that carries the “Toy World Australia” branding.
This is one of the two stores in South Australia but the most accessible is inside Level 2 of Myer Centre just within the area of Rundle Mall. This store carries some of the exclusive sets not available in another store like Big W, Kmart, and Myer or even in Target. But what makes it more interesting to visit is the Instagramble LEGO® displays where you can pose with them like the LEGO® Friends bench that featured five main characters from that particular theme all made of bricks.
The lighting now is predominantly yellow like the colors of the shelves aesthetics similar to the LEGO® Store in other countries since there’s no LEGO® Store nearby in South Australia unless you’re familiar with the store name LAYGO.
For now enjoy the photos with the life size LEGO® Friends and you can also browse some interesting sets that you can’t find in any of the retail stores nearby.
