| 10.29.2015 – If you haven’t up with the news lately LEGO® shared a few teasers images of the Ghostbusters Firehouse that where massively trended in social media. January is a few short months away and they also now reveal a few details too.

In reality the Ghostbusters headquarters is known as the Hook and Ladder No. 8, which portrayed the exterior appearance of the Firehouse where they live, work, and contains all the ghosts in the films and animated series. There has been only one playset of the Firehouse which was produced by Kenner based on ‘The Real Ghostbusters’ cartoon and also appeared in ‘Extreme Ghostbusters’ animated series.
LEGO® has finally revealed their version of the Firehouse and even had it taken just in front of the actual Hook and Ladder No. 8, which is quite nostalgic for the long time Ghostbusters fans. The set was inspired from a submission to LEGO® Ideas, which also produced the Ecto-1 in 2014.
