| 11.23.2015 – Sometimes the best places to go find hidden gems for Mega Bloks are the ones that are off the way. Mostly stores that are like ‘Hole in the Wall’ type places that you don’t normally go.
In the age of social media preferably in Facebook Groups most don’t mention those types of places, but even though those place doesn’t have much its a good place to start looking. |
Looking for old sets is becoming a thing of the past since social media have opened a place for groups or community to start. Through word of mouth those places you don’t normally see are becoming less of being unaware.
One of these places is the Toys R’ Us stores that are hardly noticed where there are no new stuff seen, but for those who have the eye for a good find would certainly find that place worth travelling even though there’s not much to see. In the case of one store at the Bonifacio Global City its about making the trip without expectation and you’ll find something rewarding if you really look and do your research.
Just like this particular store there’s not much but if you’ve got the budget for old sets that needs a new home probably this might be up your alley…

Still digging up on those blind-bagged packs? Maybe you’re not looking harder as sighted in Toy Kingdom at SM Makati there are a few handfuls just hidden behind the boxes of troop packs that hard you’ll see. But if you know your way to that particular store you’ll find them there.
