LEGO® x Shell 2014: Shell Station!

10.18.2015 – LEGO® has one of the simplest sets with the collaboration with Ferrari and Shell for the second time since 2012. There are six sets that are composed of four cars and two sets plus a special set added towards its promotion. It’s interesting that there are the two sets that include a LEGO® minifigure. You’ve seen the Finish Line & Podium now take a closer look at the Shell Station, which features a mechanic LEGO® minifigure that’s packed with details!

09.13.2015 – For the second time in two years Shell and Ferrari has team-up with LEGO® to bring exclusive sets based from the cars and also related to the Formula 1 racing. They first released 5 exclusive sets in 2012 now they’re back for more! LEGO®, Ferrari and Shell released six sets and an additional Shell Tanker that followed after it was revealed in November 2014. For 2014 there have been less cars balanced with sets that includes minifigures like the “Finish Line & Podium!”

11.16.2012 – LEGO® and Shell Services has teamed up to celebrate its partnership that lasted for 40 years when the famous construction toy released its first collaboration with the tanker lorry from 1970. But the connection with Ferrari themed LEGO® first appeared in 1997 which was also a promotional release from Shell. There's a long line of history between LEGO® and Shell with Ferrari and it gets bigger with the new promotional release for 2012!

Since I haven't been able to get the 30190, I'll review the minifig set of the Shell promo, the 30196 Ferrari Pit Crew. I must say, this promo set has the most value. Three minifigs for P180 at the most is a very, very good deal!

LEGO® Promotion 2012 at Shell Hongkong & Singapore!

09.01.2012 – This is a rare event that Shell Services, Ferrari, and LEGO® team up for a rare promotion which is only available in selected region such as Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore. The nearby 7 Eleven and Shell station in Singapore carried the promotional sets. These are no ordinary sets that are not available on retail and they are promotional items at Shell.
