Toy Kingdom + LEGO® | Build the Thrills

The summer season continue to heat up in the Philippines as the second quarter of 2022 begins and with that, a new wave of LEGO® sets have started pop up in local retail stores. To make things fresh, the brand focus on the latest sets featuring the vehicles across the range that captures “Build the Thrills.”

So far the current crop of new sets from these range from toddlers to AFOLs has certainly caught up to the wave of wheels that is impressively dynamic at the same time quite the challenge most are looking.

MIAS 2022 | LEGO® Build the Thrills

LEGO® Builds is an exciting journey, and a process in putting together a kit or model into something you hoped for.

With the brand, LEGO® pushes forward with innovation and develop skills for young minds who find the curiosity to inspire future engineers, developers, and even designers that is something of an achievement.

This is their first public participation in a bigger event such as the Manila International Auto Show (MIAS).

Speed Champions | Ford Fiesta WRC

05.24.2018 – LEGO® continues to expand their license themes not only from properties based from comic books, movies, television, animation, videogames and other things from popular culture but also real world car brands. This is where the Speed Champions have introduced motorsport.

The Speed Champions theme has been around since 2015, but most of the cars introduced are from the racing circuit. This will be probably the first to introduced cars from the World Rally Championship with the Ford Fiesta M-Sport WRC.

Speed Champions | Ford Mustang Fastback

05.18.2018 – The 1968 Mustang Fastback is an iconic car for Ford Motors Corporation. It’s identified as one of the first generation Mustang but with sportier in appearance besides reaching pop culture status when it was featured in Steve McQueen’s Bullitt.

LEGO has the Speed Champions theme and features mostly circuit cars of the up market ones that you hardly see in the streets. This is the not the first time that LEGO has produced a Mustang as a set, but knowing Ford known as one of the everyday car it has its own heritage with its classic Mustang GT Fastback.
