KRE-O ® G.I. Joe Series 3: Atomic Man!

10.02.2015 – G.I. Joe as a brand is celebrating fifty years since its first ‘action figure’ was introduced in 1965. For the following years it has evolved which mirrors what is actually happening in its succeeding era.

You’ve got military-related themes in the 1960s and in the early 1970s and then there was the Adventure Team in the mid-1970s, which tackle the environment at times, became weird and KRE-O has them too.

KRE-O ® G.I. Joe Series 2: Ripper!

09.25.2015 – When you talk about the Dreadnocks the first thing that comes up in your mind is a band of misfits led by Zartan, a master in disguise. Zartan can change his skin color when exposed to sunlight, but never was about band of misfits.

The toys of course have all the Dreadnok members, but in KRE-O only a handful was produced and one of them is popular due to his whiny voice. He’s name is Ripper a Dreadnok who has specialty in ripping out on everything metal and more about him…

KRE-O ® G.I. Joe Series 2: Tunnel Rat!

11.01.2014 – G.I. Joe is an Elite Team and each soldier is unique with their designated expertise. You won’t see any cannon fodder unlike in the ranks of the Cobra Legion that some might appear redundant in appearance.

But with G.I. Joe each character would probably your favorite hero. There’s no other Joe that’s not unique and when you talk about a special character few comes to mind unless you haven’t seen the G.I. Joe Movie in 1986 that featured Tunnel Rat!

KRE-O ® G.I. Joe Series 3: Torch!

10.01.2014 – When you talk about Kre-O and the G.I. Joe brand the line will have “good versus evil” concept. Of course you’ve known a lot of Joes out there but what about the hierarchy of the Cobra legion?

Cobra is a large terrorist organization and it has its own sub group that sometimes mistaken to be anti-heroes when they are actually not. The Dreadnoks is that sub group of punks, thieves, and psychos led by Zartan and one of his lackeys is Torch!

09.06.2014 – If you grew up having the vintage G.I. Joe figures back in the day you’ll probably familiar with a few interesting characters that were introduced in the later part of the series.

Recently Hasbro’s Kre-O G.I. Joe blind micro figure blind bags pay tribute to the nostalgia of “A Real American Heroes.” One of them is Low-Light, which was part of the Wave 3 characters based from the vintage night spotter released in 1986…
